With over 17 years of healthcare experience, Jessica brings a holistic approach to client care, focusing on preventative medicine and personalized treatment plans. She is dedicated to providing individualized care and attention to each and every client. Jessica is passionate about helping you to achieve your goals and enhance your well-being through lifestyle choices, nutrition, and regular health check-ups. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for her compassionate care, precision to detail, and commitment to patient advocacy. She believes in empowering clients with the knowledge and tools they need to take charge of their health and live their best lives, specifically through implementing a root-cause approach.
Jessica earned her Associates Degree and Bachelors Degree in Nursing from Morehead State University and her Masters Degree in Nursing from Walden University. She is nationally board-certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband, Matt, and two teen sons, Kyle and Alex. Her faith and relationship with the Lord is a priority in her life. She also actively participates in community health initiatives, wellness workshops, and aims to make a positive impact on public health.
Matt McGlone, Director of Office Administration
Meet Matt McGlone, the skilled and dedicated Director of Office Administration at Radiant Prime, where he ensures the smooth and efficient operation of the office. With a strong background in management and administrative support, Matt brings a keen attention to detail and is committed to giving every client a high-quality experience.
Matt holds a Bachelor's Degree from Morehead State University and has 25 years of experience in leadership and management. Throughout his career, Matt has been recognized for his ability to streamline processes, enhance productivity and maintain a positive work environment. In his role at Radiant Prime, he often assists with scheduling, communications, and office logistics.
Matt became committed to health and wellness after suffering a near-death experience in 2022, in which he suffered a cardiac arrest at home and was without a heartbeat for nearly 40 minutes. Through the grace of God, after 11 days on ECMO, having a tracheostomy placement, and spending 29 days in the ICU, not only did he survive but was discharged home to be with his family. He is now dedicated to helping others take back their lives through improving their nutrition, activity, and relationship with God.
