VIRTUAL DIRECT PRIMARY CARE

If you are interested in enrolling in our Direct Primary Care program, please contact our office today. The program is open to adults between the ages of 18 to 60. Membership is limited in order to ensure that our clients receive the care and attention they need and deserve. Please note that due to the limitations of virtual telehealth, clients with significant medical comorbidities may not be appropriate for enrollment. 

On Enrollment, you will be scheduled for your initial visit with the Nurse Practitioner, as well as your first visit with the Health/Nutrition Coach. 

Three month commitment required.

Virtual Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a movement that is returning healthcare to it's roots and reconnecting patients with providers who truly know them without the interference of insurance. The low-cost monthly membership provides you with direct access to your provider and as many visits as you need with no additional costs or hidden fees. In addition, our program offers access to a health/nutrition coach, lab testing, and discounts on supplements.
